How dry stack works
No hull growth, no bottom paint, no trailer
Your boat lives on a covered rack, out of the water and out of the weather. When you want to go out, call the store. Our forklift crew launches it and ties it at the dock, and when you’re done they rack it again.

What size boat fits in dry stack?
Boats up to 32′. Tell us your length, beam and height when you reserve and we’ll confirm the fit.
How do launches work?
Rent includes one scheduled forklift launch per day. Call ahead and your boat will be in the water when you arrive. When you’re back, tie up and we’ll rack it.
How does billing work?
Storage is an annual lease. You can pay monthly or in full up front, and month-to-month options are available on some slip types. Cancelling the agreement costs two months’ rent.
Why keep my boat on freshwater instead of in Charleston?
Salt water corrodes engines, outdrives, trailers and hardware. On freshwater you’ll flush less and repair less, and your boat holds its value longer. You can still reach Charleston Harbor by boat in about 45 minutes.
Is the marina secure?
Yes. The marina has 24-hour video surveillance, and the private boat landing and boat pick-up are behind secure entry.
